Hazardous Area Compliance:

and the Installing Your DeltaV Automation System manual.

Removal and Insertion:
-
Used with KJ1501X1-BC1 System Dual DC/DC Power Supply (24 VDC or 12 VDC input).

Primary circuit wiring inductance < 23 µH, or use a certified supply (Ui = 12.6 VDC, Lo < 23 µH).

Field power must be removed before inserting or removing the device.

Can be removed/inserted while system power is energized if the following are met:

Non-sparking field circuits must be de-energized prior to removal/insertion.

Rotary Keying System:
Ensures the terminal block only connects with the correct I/O card. Key position for this card is C5.
Maintenance and Adjustment

No user-serviceable parts inside.

Do not disassemble the unit.

Calibration not required.
