Hazardous Area Compliance:
Refer to Document 12P2046 (DeltaV™ Scalable Process System Zone 2 Installation Instructions) and the Installing Your DeltaV Automation System manual.

Removal/Insertion Conditions:

Used with KJ1501X1-BC1 System Dual DC/DC Power Supply (24 VDC or 12 VDC input).

Input circuit wiring inductance < 23 µH.

Or certified supply: Ui = 12.6 VDC, Lo < 23 µH (including wiring).

Field power must be removed before connecting or removing the card.

May be hot-swapped (only one unit at a time) if:
-
I/O loop assessment required for all energy-limited nodes.

Fuse in terminal block must not be removed while field power is energized for non-sparking circuits.

Terminal block keying system ensures compatibility with I/O cards.
