Schneider Electric SE is moving to acquire Temasek Holdings Pte's stake. Temasek is a minority partner in Schneider Electric India. Schneider seeks to buy Temasek's remaining 35 percent share. Reports indicate the deal could reach nearly $1 billion. This values the entire business, including debt, at about $5 billion.
